Christmas
parties, birthdays, weddings, business meetings, or any other event can become
a landmark event when they are located at the center of Hollywood’s glamour
and history.
The Wattles Mansion and Formal Gardens are the last vestiges of the old Hollywood, from the days before the movies came. Built in 1906 and restored by Hollywood Heritage, the two unique attractions have been popular sites for wedding parties and meetings for the past few years. As a film location, stars using the mansion have included Shelly Winters, Charleton Heston, Dustin Hoffman, Debbie Reynolds, Tom Cruise, Carroll O’Connor, Shirley Jones, Harvey Korman, Albert Brooks, Mike Connors, Christopher Lambert, and many others.
The Hollywood Heritage Museum (now with air conditioning) is now available for special event rentals and filming at a site unlike any other in the world. Recent events have been hosted by the Los Angeles Philharmonic Junior Valley Associates, The Motion Picture Editors Guild, the International Animation Society (ASIFA), KCET-TV, and A&E.
Prices for each location depend on the event, with special
consideration given to Hollywood Heritage members. Check out our website for
photos and more information at http://www.
